All orders placed with The Raw Hair Dealer are currently available on a pre-order basis only. Please be aware that pre-orders require a processing time of 7-10 business days. This allows us to ensure that each product meets our strict quality standards before it is prepared for shipment.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀

We are currently shipping to the United States only. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our standard shipping method, which typically takes 3-5 business days to reach its destination.

𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲

You can expect your package to arrive approximately 2-3 weeks after placing your order. This timeframe accounts for both the processing and shipping times.

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. This allows you to monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep.

- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

- Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

- Once your package has been dropped off at the post office and is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its safety. The carrier becomes responsible for delivering your order. We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the carrier.
